This new Cambodia opera with music composed by Him Sophy and libretto by Catherine Filloux is produced by John Burt Productions and Cambodian Living Arts, a project of World Education, produced in collaboration with Amrita Performing Arts.  This ground breaking project incorporating Cambodian traditional and western rock music, has gone through an extensive process of workshops and the first staging will premier in Lowell Massachusetts with its official world premier slated for December 2007 in Phnom Penh
